Please allow up to 24 hours after your long-distance pickup for the tracking information to become active in our system. If it’s still not working, please contact our support team directly.
How often is the tracking status updated?
Your shipment status is updated at key milestones, such as pickup, departure from Indianapolis, arrival in the destination city, and final delivery dispatch.
Can I change my delivery details once it’s in transit?
